And the production tasks are building.

Today I thought that I would list some of the things that I have had to do to get the production to a week out from performance dates.

Meet with Pete at Musical theatre 3:00pm Sunday for large props.	Nic’s trailer Two sets of steps Something for Caro for Moana.
Finish costumes and name Group together Plastic bag Name on bag on hanger.	Get Emily to put costumes together. Student Colour
Ribbons on velcro.	Sew on.
Sort Sand dancers. Bring them into main scenes for placement and movement.	Striped top, denim shorts
Dance challenge	Write scene Routines for each group Music Step up 3.45 good transition.
Meet with dance coach to set up routine for main dancers and music	Dance polished and fits in with theme of colours.
Costumes for Dolphins Costume for Marshall Cloaks.	White T shirts. Silvery shorts. Glittery white, pink and grey shorts Gold with green and reds - Tane Bluey/ gold fabric. Gold collar, for Tangaroa.
Programme Sponsors	Met with School office manager to plan layou. Gather information for inside parts. Check that we have sponsor Logos for Powerpoint and for back of programme.
Health and safety	Meet with Mara and go through WM Health and safety requirements. Closer to date send her times for performances and practices.
Budget spread sheet	Review against 2016, adjust and keep  up dated.
Finish script	Make sure scenes are clear, directions etc.
Script to Matt Hatton: lighting Director.	Add lighting notes to his script. Do one extra to be back up. Lighting overviews per scene.
Teachers to write briefs on scenes for programme	Add their lighting plots for the lighting Director.
Newsletters to inform parents and actors. Facebook messages to keep community
Music cuts, checked and recorded.	Check quality of all recording, copyright etc.
Meeting with Kacey Friday	Timetable singing coaching during week 7.
